“I came across How To Get Over Your Ex during a very dark period of my life. Although I hadn’t broken up with my bf I knew the relationship was over and was fully aware of the only reason that stopped me from leaving; the suffering that I would have to endure following the painful break up.

Reading this book changed all that. When experiencing great turmoil it becomes easy to lose sight of whats important in life. But with the help of this book and a bit of common sense and will power you can start to get your life back on track.

How To Get Over Your Ex:;
1- helps you deal with the initial negative emotions that follow a break up in a healthy and effective way 2- gives you the tools to help you move on with your life and get back to finding a more suitable partner.

Although this was written for men - I found this book very helpful as a lot of the advice is versatile enough to be applied to both sexes. It is also easy to follow and concise- you don’t need to sift though pages of waffle as there isn’t any. Just good, clear practical advice.

I read this book over a year ago and only now am I able to appreciate what its done for me.Back then I was clinging to an unhappy relationship, making myself miserable in the process. NOw i am able to look back at the exact same relationship and just just remember the good times without feeling bitter about the bad, Best of all, I have moved on with my life and have found a partner who is better suited to me.

The difference between those two states? This book.

Well worth every penny.
